Job Summary
A bank has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Validator Quantitative Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing independent oversight and effective challenge to models the bank relies on
- Validating the technical and functional soundness for bank-wide compliance models
- Assessing model risk through periodic validation and monitoring activities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, and 10 or more years of experience in statistical modeling, OR
- Master's or PhD degree in a quantitative field, and six or more years of experience in statistical modeling
- Preferred self-motivated worker who is comfortable and effective working with varying levels of guidance
