Job Summary
A global healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Wellness Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Receiving inbound calls from behavioral health providers requesting prior authorizations for behavioral health services
- Performing data collection including inputting information into multiple documentation systems
- Conducting pre-certs with providers and facilities through the incoming phone queue
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years’ experience working within a call center environment
- 2+ years of Managed care experience
- 2+ years of Medical / Behavioral setting experience
- 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
