Job Summary

A staffing company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Windows System Engineer in San Jose.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Installing, Configuring, Backing up and Restoring active directories
  • Defining requirements for current and future tools development
  • Automating as many processes as possible

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years’ experience working as a Windows Systems Admin/Engineer
  • Experience with Virtualization (VMware and/or KVM)
  • Experience with SCCM, AD, DNS, DHCP
  • Strong scripting and automation skills (Powershell)
  • Experience with Server-related technologies (e.g. RAID systems, backups, SAN, etc.)
  • Knowledge/experience with Networking as it relates to systems
