Job Summary

A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Workers Compensation Claim Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage caseload/claims within established performance standards
  • Achieve fair, equitable, and timely claim dispositions
  • Accurately resolve coverage and compensability issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
  • P&C insurance claim handling experience
  • Certification exams and adjusting licenses as required by state
  • Strong focus delivering outstanding customer service
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management ability
