Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Workers Compensation Claim Representative in the Eastern Region.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Achieving fair, equitable and timely claim dispositions
- Identifying and initiating mitigation, subrogation and other recovery opportunities on assigned claims
- Developing advanced functional knowledge to appropriately interpret and apply insurance coverage
Qualifications for this position include:
- May be required to travel out of state for up to 2 weeks
- Minimum of 2 years of claim handling experience
- Certification exams and adjusting licenses as required by state
- Outstanding interpersonal skills working within a dedicated, supportive team
- Strong focus delivering outstanding customer service
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
