Job Summary

A management consulting services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster.

Must be able to:

• Investigate, negotiate, and settle workers compensation claims
• Implement appropriate procedures to minimize client’s exposure
• Prepare claims for settlement and negotiate settlement with best outcome

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma
• NY license in workers’ compensation
• 5+ years experience working lost time claims in workers’ compensation
• Ability to investigate, set loss reserves, and settle claims by determining compensability
• Familiarity with state and federal workers’ compensation laws and regulations
• Experience with handling heavily litigated files
