Job Summary

A healthcare insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Service Delivery Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading the development and execution of service delivery
  • Overseeing implementation of all new Contact Center products and services
  • Providing leadership, mentoring and development opportunities to team

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel 25%; ability to deliver presentations and participate in client meetings
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related, or equivalent education and experience
  • HS diploma or GED
  • 7 years experience in account management/client service delivery or related
  • 5 years of management/leadership experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, overtime, on-call, after-hours)
