A financial software and business solutions company has a current position open for a Telecommute Service Delivery Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Interacting with product development, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, service delivery and/or other cross-functional teams
- Coordinating activities and tasks among project team members
- Serving as liaison between technical and non-technical teams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- Requires five or more years work experience managing technical projects in financial services or a related industry
- Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with executive level clients
