Job Summary
A global technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Service Management CSI Senior Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build sales collateral around SMO offerings and the value add of our organization
- Create a SM boot camp training to mature SM team and expand their scope
- Focus on automation opportunities in ServiceNow that allow streamlining of our global processes
Position Requirements Include:
- As needed travel
- 10+ Years of overall Service Management experience
- 5+ years experience with ServiceNow
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Service Management Experience
- Leadership, analytical, can do attitude, attention to detail, good planning and organisational skills
- Planning, organizing, managing and prioritizing work
