Job Summary

A global technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Service Management CSI Senior Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Build sales collateral around SMO offerings and the value add of our organization
  • Create a SM boot camp training to mature SM team and expand their scope
  • Focus on automation opportunities in ServiceNow that allow streamlining of our global processes

Position Requirements Include:

  • As needed travel
  • 10+ Years of overall Service Management experience
  • 5+ years experience with ServiceNow
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Service Management Experience
  • Leadership, analytical, can do attitude, attention to detail, good planning and organisational skills
  • Planning, organizing, managing and prioritizing work
