Job Summary

An educational services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Service Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing coaching and guidance to tutors working through challenging situations
  • Providing high-level administrative organization for family accounts
  • Growing the business through selling programs to new and existing customers using a consultative sales approach

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with a CRM database
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with many types of people
  • Willingness to work in a constantly changing environment and learn new systems
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and emails
