Job Summary

A consulting services provider is filling a position for a Telecommute ServiceNow Administrator.

Must be able to:

  • Respond to simple questions regarding ServiceNow PPM, APM and Agile functionality
  • Troubleshoot user issues
  • Monitor assignment group queue for open incidents/issues/questions

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Thorough understanding of ServiceNow ITBM software and modules
  • Java and JavaScript development experience
  • Experience with Web Technologies
  • Ability to develop on *nix in an agile environment
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
