A staffing and recruitment agency is seeking a Telecommute ServiceNow Business Analyst in Southfield.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Working directly with IT and business/functional team members to understand project concept, objectives and approach
- Documenting and diagramming business and IT processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- There may be future plans to bring this development work on site in Southfield, MI however this will not be the case for the initial 6-month period
- Past experience working with ServiceNow
- Minimum of four years of professional experience in IT technical services.
- Knowledge of computer system capabilities, business processes, workflow, and understanding of software development life cycle
