Job Summary

A technology and management consulting services company is in need of a Telecommute ServiceNow ITBM PPM Developer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing software configuration and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring
  • Working on workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations
  • Working with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance – US Citizen or been in US 3 out of the past 5 years
  • 5+ years experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of an ITSM tool
  • 3+ years experience in ServiceNow development
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITBM and/or PPM
  • 5+ years with working/developing in any one of the languages: JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML or HTML 5
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
