Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Telecommute ServiceNow Solution Consultant in Baltimore.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and Supporting ServiceNow based Applications and Systems
  • Providing Technical assistance for Pre-Sales Capacity
  • Demonstrating ServiceNow Platform as well as specific Modules to potential and existing customers

Required Skills:

  • Travel 20% to 30% to Customer Sites and Locations
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 2 years as a key ITSM technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments
  • Experience with modern and relevant web technologies
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies
  • Strong communication skills
