Job Summary
A health information management company is seeking a Telecommute ServiceNow Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
- Participating in problem-solving after ServiceNow testing or production
- Working directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow Participate
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a development role for business software
- Strong technical aptitude
- A quick learner with the ability to understand medical imaging
- Experience with Agile development processes (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
- Technical knowledge with workflow tools and corporate communication tools
