Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute ServiceNow Technical Architect in the Greater New York City Area.

Must be able to:

  • Operate with ITIL in mind and develop runbooks
  • Work with management and customers verbally and written with clear communication
  • Identify opportunities to enhance delivery

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimal Travel expected
  • Proficient experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules
  • Experience with CMDB Discovery Development
  • InDesign and integrations using OOTB connectors and REST APIs experience
  • High interpersonal experience
  • Ability to communicate technical language in a business setting
