Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Services Support Representative 1.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling both inbound and outbound calls
  • Triaging incidents to appropriate resolvers
  • Ordering of parts

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Current Government Security Clearance or ability to obtain one
  • Ability to fulfill break/fix and warranty requests
  • Ability to coordinate and work with onsite and offsite resources
  • Ability to handle call routing and ticket creation
  • Ability to work remotely
