Job Summary
A retailer that offers a variety of consumer products has a current position open for a Telecommute Shopping Network Order Services Agent in the San Antonio Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Fielding inbound calls from our customers with potential for extended periods of high volume
- Maintaining a quiet remote work environment free of background noise
- Taking personal initiative to achieve goals and objectives
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be able to attend onsite training and events
- Previous experience in order service and/or customer service
- Strong PC skills to include: Internet, Microsoft Windows, and Outlook
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time (at a computer, speaking with customers)
- Strong organizational, detail orientation and follow through skills
- Must live within 50 miles of the QVC San Antonio Customer Contact Center (78251 zip code)
