Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Site Client Service Supervisor in Lehigh Acres.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assisting the Manager of Operations in the training and direction of the Client Service Reps
• Complying with all release of information related functions as stipulated in service agreement
• Meeting facility revenue goals on a consistent basis

Position Requirements Include:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
• Ability to take and pass a 90-day ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher
