Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Researching and sourcing resumes from varied sources
• Creating targeted sourcing strategies for niche and commodity skills
• Designing and executing research projects into competitor organizations

• 5 - 10 years of professional experience
• Experience as a corporate, agency or executive search recruiter or researcher
• Experience sourcing a wide variety of software/technical/engineering candidates
• Superior internet sourcing skills, including expert understanding of Boolean searching
