Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Telecommute Software as a Service Customer Relationship Management Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing day-to-day CRM upkeep
  • Contributing to data enrichment projects
  • Assisting with internal training materials and documentation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience with at least 1 year working with a CRM
  • Familiar with the tools we use, including Hubspot or Salesforce and more
  • Keen to learn and/or advance in a Revenue Operations career
