A software development company is seeking a Telecommute Software as a Service Customer Relationship Management Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing day-to-day CRM upkeep
- Contributing to data enrichment projects
- Assisting with internal training materials and documentation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of professional experience with at least 1 year working with a CRM
- Familiar with the tools we use, including Hubspot or Salesforce and more
- Keen to learn and/or advance in a Revenue Operations career
- Collaborative and enthusiastic about supporting sales
