A cloud computing company has an open position for a Telecommute Software Customer Advocacy Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving more revenue from existing accounts
- Developing and/or expanding relationships within the customer base
- Ensuring customer expectations and obligations are fulfilled
Position Requirements Include:
- 15+ years of successful enterprise software sales or account management experience
- Must have sales aptitude and relationship building skills
- Experience with SaaS products
- Experience in managing large Fortune 500 engagements
- Experience in managing enterprise accounts
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical concentration or equivalent experience
