Job Summary

A cloud computing company has an open position for a Telecommute Software Customer Advocacy Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Driving more revenue from existing accounts
  • Developing and/or expanding relationships within the customer base
  • Ensuring customer expectations and obligations are fulfilled

Position Requirements Include:

  • 15+ years of successful enterprise software sales or account management experience
  • Must have sales aptitude and relationship building skills
  • Experience with SaaS products
  • Experience in managing large Fortune 500 engagements
  • Experience in managing enterprise accounts
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical concentration or equivalent experience
