Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Telecommute Software Customer Success Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing real-time feedback to the Development team about product performance and desired enhancements
  • Responding to complex technical issues and questions generated by our top customers through tickets, emails, or phone calls
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to enable customers to use the company platform to achieve their business objectives

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Occasionally deliver professional services onsite at customer location
  • Solid experience with Docker
  • Experience with command line HTTP clients: cURL, HTTPie, Postman, etc
  • Good experience with REST and RESTful APIs
  • Solid experience with AWS (EC2, VPC, ECS)
  • Experience with Nginx
