Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Software Developer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Writing testable, efficient code on time and with high quality
  • Collaborating with other programmers and team members to design and implement features
  • Reviewing and debugging existing source code

Qualifications Include:

  • Participating in team meetups
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent, with strong CS and development fundamentals, including OOP and SOLID principles
  • 5+ years backend development experience, including C#, Web Services and Web API
  • Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web service standards (REST, SOAP and WCF)
  • Experience building RESTful web services using Web API
  • Proficiency with C#, the .NET platform, C++ and STL
  • Experience with software design patterns, SQL and relational database systems
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks and source control systems
