Job Summary

A company connecting top talent with businesses has a current position open for a Telecommute Software Engineering Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving rigorous, regular product releases across multiple, complex software products
  • Implementing engineering management strategies to achieve world-class productivity and cost efficiency
  • Engaging with customers and product managers to ensure that product delivery obsessively aligns with customer value creation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (MS or Ph.D. preferred) is absolutely mandatory
  • 10+ years of engineering experience leading multiple teams across multiple products and technologies
  • Proven managerial skills with at least 3 years of experience managing teams of at least 10 heads
  • At least 3 years of experience working in Cloud, Agile, CI/CD, DevOps environments
  • Hands-on experience in Java / C++ / C#(.Net) / Python / PHP / Ruby on Rails architecture and programming and some front-end Javascript framework
