Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Software Engineering Operations Head in New York City.
Must be able to:
- Own Software Engineering programs, processes, tools, and relationships
- Oversee talent initiatives such as hiring plans, onboarding, intern, DEI, or training programs
- Effect continuous improvement across Software Engineering and/or adjacent technology teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years experience in software development leadership roles
- 5+ years experience in a software program or engineering management role
- Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical orientation
- Bias for action with a consistent record of start to finish delivery
- Trusted partner to stakeholders, constituents, and decision makers internal and external to Software Engineering
