A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Software Sales Director.

  • Motivating and inspiring your teams while taking on competitors
  • Providing leadership across the Central US region
  • Contributing to the strategic and tactical success of core business and the company as a whole

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel, as this is a field sales position
  • 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in a highly matrixed software organization
  • Proficient with profit and loss management, as well as marketing strategies that contribute to success
  • Experience managing a $200M+ sales team
  • Ability to guide and promote implementation targets through managers and directors
