Job Summary
A payment technology services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Software Support Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Receive routine client issues through multiple sources (via phone, Help Desk, email, etc)
- Assist with providing initial/ basic technical support
- Verify systems during and after scheduled outages/ maintenance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Able to acquire and apply job skills
- Able to work on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature
- Able to receive detailed instructions and follow established procedures
- Able to resolve merchant issues or coordinate issue resolution
