Job Summary

A payment technology services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Software Support Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Receive routine client issues through multiple sources (via phone, Help Desk, email, etc)
  • Assist with providing initial/ basic technical support
  • Verify systems during and after scheduled outages/ maintenance

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Able to acquire and apply job skills
  • Able to work on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature
  • Able to receive detailed instructions and follow established procedures
  • Able to resolve merchant issues or coordinate issue resolution
