Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Software Test Lead.
Must be able to:
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and approvals for any Associate Software Testers on team
- Assist in new hire training and ensuring a smooth transition of employee on to their team
- Plan and coordinate QA testing activities with team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Regularly attends quality assurance league meetings
- 5+ years of software testing experience
- Excels in communication, both written & verbally
- Proficient in problem solving and thinking tactically to identify significant success factors
- Successfully performs in high-stress situations
