Job Summary

A solar energy company has an open position for a Telecommute Solar Energy Credit and Collections Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Ensuring all assigned accounts are handled in a timely and accurate fashion
Communicating regularly with leadership and peers on the status of accounts and escalations
Providing accurate and timely reporting of performance metrics

Skills and Requirements Include:

High school diploma
2 years of collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to optimally and appropriately collaborate with a variety of individuals or groups on a frequent basis
