Job Summary

A customer engagement solutions has a current position open for a Telecommute Solution Architect.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert on several of the company's core and Strategic Solutions
  • Presentations, demonstrations and open discussions with customers and partners
  • Gathering information and requirements to formulate architectures

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel as needed
  • 8+ years of Contact Center industry experience, with 5+ years in a sales engineering/ technical services/sales position
  • Excellent writing and verbal communications with listening, negotiation, and presentation skills required
  • Ability to facilitate sales, with emphasis on the technical aspect
  • Deep technical skills, including OS, database, ACD, IVR, Desktop applications & development, networking
  • Extensive experience in several of the following technologies, CTI, PBXs, ACDs, IVR, VoIP, Email Response, Internet Architecture, Client Server Architecture, Databases, OLAP, Intelligent Networks, CRM, development APIs (Java, .Net, C/C++), Call Center operations
