A company that provides technology-enabled eDiscovery services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Solutions Support Analyst.

  • Flushing out the roadmap and goals of the product
  • Shaping the client services team
  • Defining and building the best client support experience

Qualifications Include:

  • Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • 3+ years of eDiscovery experience
  • Experience with legal technology platforms, eDiscovery best practices, and providing customers with standardized and customized deliverables
  • Demonstrated talent for communication across many groups and personalities
  • Ability to foster positive and professional relationships at all levels internally and externally
  • Strong analytical and logical skills
