Job Details
A security intelligence and analytics company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Southeast Sales Engineering Director.
Must be able to:
- Oversee and coach a team while leading them in technical account strategies that align customer requirements
- Conduct performance reviews, track and report team metrics, and measure team’s progress against targets
- Act as the technical sales advocate interfacing with internal departments to meet sales related objectives and advance field feedback
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience managing a Sales Engineering/Solution Architects team within the enterprise security or software space
- Deep knowledge and well-rounded in the information technology and cyber security space which includes applications, networking, operating systems, and applications
- In-depth knowledge of the security market with extensive contacts, which can be leveraged immediately
- Leadership presence and polish along with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Ability to coach and develop the talent within your team
