Job Summary
A nonprofit organziation has an open position for a Telecommute Spanish Speaking Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working with organization's accountant to achieve thorough and sound financial management standards and practice
- Assisting executive director in completing budget work for proposals and monthly and annual check-ins
- Assisting staff equipment order purchases for financial reporting purposes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of experience working with small and medium-sized nonprofits
- At least two years of experience with nonprofit compliance
- At least two years of nonprofit financial management experience
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- Knowledgeable about US payroll policy and practice
- Written and spoken Spanish proficiency required
