Job Summary

An insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Special Investigations Unit Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing leadership in the development of guidelines for investigations
  • Obtaining, evaluating and acting on information from outside entities
  • Formulating and recommending solutions to problems impacting claim policy and operations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel
  • 5-10 years of related work experience in SIU
  • 5-10 years of related work experience managing Workers Compensation investigations
  • 5-10 years of related work experience managing 3rd party vendors
  • Strong investigative skills, experience in civil and criminal litigation
  • Familiarity with sources of information in the public domain, such as social media sites
