Job Summary
A travel management solutions provider is seeking a Telecommute Specialized Travel Counselor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the end-to-end booking process through the ticketing and order fulfillment
- Delivering expectations on individual/shared team goals and support all business Key Performance Indicators
- Using positive telephone service techniques
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High proficiency in one or multiple GDS - Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, OR Galileo
- Background in Business Travel, leisure or airline reservations required
- Detailed understanding of fares and ticketing rules, for car, air, hotel travel
- Experience working in a high touch service environment where performance is measured
- Possess a strong understanding of travel trends and industry best practices
- Ability to positively influence team and peers
