Job Summary

A hospitality holding corporation is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Specialty Sales Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and growing specialty accounts, with a primary focus on meetings and groups
  • Designing and executing multi-year development plans for each specialty account
  • Collaborating with associates on their hotels and accounts as necessary

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8-10+ years of key account sales or sales leadership experience, preferably in the hotel industry
  • Success in developing new sales strategies, building business cases, gaining internal/external support, and driving results
  • Proven success in collaborating with business leaders and internal support
