A hospitality holding corporation is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Specialty Sales Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and growing specialty accounts, with a primary focus on meetings and groups
- Designing and executing multi-year development plans for each specialty account
- Collaborating with associates on their hotels and accounts as necessary
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8-10+ years of key account sales or sales leadership experience, preferably in the hotel industry
- Success in developing new sales strategies, building business cases, gaining internal/external support, and driving results
- Proven success in collaborating with business leaders and internal support
- Interest and knowledge in selling technology
