A software services compnay is seeking a Telecommute Splunk Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Evaluate products and make recommendations to improve architecture
• Build and lead backend engineering efforts using Splunk
• Utilize various technologies including Splunk Aps and App dashboarding, Python, AWS Cloud, Linux, GIT, HTML

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 to 7 years of experience in a related field
• Knowledgeable of Splunk search processing language (SPL)
• Knowledgeable on reporting, dashboards, and search acceleration techniques
• Experience scripting with Splunk RERST API and RegEX
• Understanding of the Splunk data ingestion and processing
