Job Summary

An IT security consulting firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Splunk Engineer Architect in Arlington.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Design new Splunk deployments based on customer requirements
• Deploy Splunk in clustered and non-clustered environment
• Develop custom Splunk apps to meet customer needs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
• Current Splunk Certified Architect Certification
• 3+ years experience with Splunk in a distributed, enterprise environment
• 7+ years experience in a technical IT position involving systems administration
• Bachelor’s degree in related IT field, or equivalent experience
• DoD 8570 certification in the IAT Level III and/or CNDSP tier (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
