Job Summary

A sports-tech entertainment company has an open position for a Telecommute Sports Technology Customer Operations Agent.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Using email, chat, messaging, and phone support to resolve issues and inquiries
  • Resolving bet and contest inquiries regarding sporting rules
  • Resolving account and billing inquiries from subscribers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing software
  • Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on writing skills
  • Experience chatting with people (retail, teaching, etc)
  • Availability to work flexible hours that include nights and weekends
  • Ability to pass required licensing mandated by state racing and gaming regulatory bodies
