A health insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Staff Attorney.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing regulatory, legal and factual research
- Providing legal and regulatory requirements to the operational areas
- Identifying, interpreting, and applying legal and regulatory requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Juris Doctorate degree
- Knowledge of state health care and/or regulatory law
- 2+ years of legal experience
- Demonstrated understanding of business problems related to assigned legal research projects
- Proven success in collaborating across a matrixed business and legal environment
