Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Staffing Agency Customer Operation Training Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing and reviewing training content, schedules, and trackers
  • Preparing training planners as per the training needs identified for the function
  • Managing and tracking process knowledge assessment sessions and scores

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to manage and review training content, schedules, and trackers
  • Ability to conduct train-the-trainer sessions for trainers and new team members
  • Ability to prepare training planners as per the training needs identified for the function
  • Ability to manage and track process knowledge assessment sessions and scores
  • Ability to ensure the new process updates are disseminated timely and effectively by the trainers
  • Ability to prepare and publish training dashboards and training effectiveness reports to stakeholders
