Job Summary

A real estate company is seeking a Telecommute State Administrative Broker.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the delivery of exceptional brokerage support to agents in their representation of clients and customers
  • Conducting training to enhance agent’s knowledge and understanding of contract, risk management, licensing and state real estate law
  • Consulting and engaging with company agents and others in problem solving of matters associated with difficult or complex transaction issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Willingness and ability to travel within the state of Kansas
  • Active real estate broker license with continuing education credits in real estate, management and legal compliance
  • High-level experience in real estate compliance activities including a deep knowledge and understanding of legal obligations of real estate professionals
  • Proven track record of managing a medium to large brokerage firm, specifically from an operations or compliance perspective
  • Ability to lead and motivate others including a track record of developing staff and maintaining a high standard of employee relations
  • Member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR)
