Job Summary

A real estate company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute State Administrative Broker.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring exceptional brokerage support to agents in their representation of clients and customers
  • Conducting training to enhance agent’s knowledge, understanding, and skills
  • Monitoring state performance goals and enforcing accountability for their achievement

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Willingness and ability to travel within the state
  • Active real estate broker license with education credits in real estate, management and legal compliance
  • High level experience in real estate compliance activities
  • Understanding of legal obligations of real estate professionals under the state and federal law
  • Proven record of managing a medium-large brokerage firm from an operations or compliance perspective
  • Ability to analyze processes, enact change and think operationally and strategically to achieve goals
