Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Strategic Accounts Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary interface to manage and resolve critical situations
- Executing a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy that proactively maintains high customer satisfaction
- Performing initial on-boarding of accounts with enterprise level customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Willing to travel periodically based on customer and business need
- bility to explain technical subjects to non-technical personnel in large enterprises
- Customer Success or Account Management experience
- Proven ability to maintain highly valuable and outcome-based relationships with a diverse customer account base
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic and high growth technology environment
