Job Summary
An information technology and computer services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Strategic Customer Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage key large complex strategic customer implementations as assigned
- Lead by advising customers and partners on key aspects of the Oracle HCM Cloud implementation
- Assist in transitioning customers post-implementation to the Customer Success Specialist
Position Requirements Include:
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Bachelors degree with 8+ years as a program leader with HR and IT executives of F500 companies
- 10+ years of HR customer program management or functional enterprise-level experience
- 5 or more years working with top-tier partners/system implementers
- HCM project leadership, Talent, Global HR, Payroll, Comp and Benefits(Fusion, E-Business Suite or PeopleSoft) experience
