Job Summary

An information technology and computer services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Strategic Customer Program Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Manage key large complex strategic customer implementations as assigned
  • Lead by advising customers and partners on key aspects of the Oracle HCM Cloud implementation
  • Assist in transitioning customers post-implementation to the Customer Success Specialist

Position Requirements Include:

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Bachelors degree with 8+ years as a program leader with HR and IT executives of F500 companies
  • 10+ years of HR customer program management or functional enterprise-level experience
  • 5 or more years working with top-tier partners/system implementers
  • HCM project leadership, Talent, Global HR, Payroll, Comp and Benefits(Fusion, E-Business Suite or PeopleSoft) experience
