A financial services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Strategic Relationship Manager.

- Meeting with clients regularly to develop trust-based relationships
- Working with clients to understand their labor and benefits strategies
- Identifying new business opportunities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 10 – 15 years of Retirement Industry experience
- Strong Client Management experience and skills
- Technical knowledge of plan design features for 401(k) and non-qualified plans, legal and regulatory framework, industry trends
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, preferably within institutional retirement services
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong consultative and negotiation skills
