Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Strategic Talent and Learning HR Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Testing and deploying Workday system
- Assisting with kickoffs, requirement gathering and knowledge transfer sessions t
- Identifying and analyzing business needs, touch points and requirements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel 35%+
- Minimum 2 years' Workday experience working on an HRIS team or equivalent Workday certified consulting
- Expert-level proficiency and Workday certified in one or more functional areas
- 4 year college degree or, 6 years industry experience in a directly related field
- Solid knowledge of HR systems structure, functions and processes
- Knowledge of leading project management methodologies (Agile and SDLC)
