A tech company is in need of a Telecommute Strategy and Innovation People Operations Infrastructure Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating a vision and strategy to holistically view workforce planning
- Leading the strategy, design, and implementation of critical resource infrastructure
- Creating programs, processes and tools to monitor investments
Position Requirements Include:
- 8 years of experience in change management, program management, human resources, consulting, or business strategy and operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working with stakeholders across programs
- Experience working with multiple data sources and combining information to generate insights from analyses
