Job Summary
A global information technology and services company has an open position for a Telecommute Strategy and Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Driving quarterly OKR setting and accountability across the organization
- Project managing cross functional initiatives and provide on-going communication of status & risks
- Preparing and presenting business performance updates to the leadership team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of strategy and operations, or internal strategy or management consulting experience
- Strong analytical skills and mindset; Top notch capability using spreadsheets / excel
- Strong presentation skills and ability to create meaningful slides
- Self-motivated, can-do attitude, problem solver and can work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong bias for action and an intrinsic ability to deal with ambiguity
- Team player who can work cross-functionally across multiple departments and time zones
